Raymond L. Bertolotti DDS Inc. presents Fifth Quarter Seminars

Our 2020 Yosemite and Tahoe programs were cancelled due to COVID mandates.   These programs were to have great international guest speakers so we are sad to cancel. We have rescheduled Yosemite in 2021 as announced below.  For this year, our new INTERNATIONAL WEBINAR is announced below.

This web site in not presently taking registrations.  Registration for "live" in person seminars can be done by calling us (510) 483-2411 (not before 9 AM, Pacific time, please) or by secure FAX  (510) 652-8729.  Registration for the webinars in on-line only. Of course we are happy to answer your questions by telephone.

If you have previously attended one of our Fifth Quarter Seminars, most likely all we need is your credit card number and expiry date.   We have the rest on file.  Of course you may also send a check so that should you need to cancel, we can send you a 100% refund (avoiding deduction of bank's credit card processing fees).  If you are new to our seminars, it is probably easiest to print and mail or securely FAX the following form:

On Friday and Saturday, the seminar will be from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Tuition is $ 500. per person.  Registration at the door, add $20. per person, space permitting.   Cancellations receive refunds with at least 14 days advance notice or with less notice,  if we have someone to take your place.
Tuition payment:  Payment can be made by check (preferred method) or credit card. If you would need to cancel, refunds for tuition paid by credit card are subject to deduction of our banking costs. These costs are avoided should you cancel after paying tuition with a check.
Since our office is closed during these COVID-19 times, please call to let us know that you are sending a check  (510-483-2411, after 8am Pacific time please) and we will reserve space for you and e-mail the necessary hotel discount codes.
Alternatively you may securely FAX (510-652-8729) your registration using credit card or just write in “sending check” which will hold your space for two weeks, pending receipt of the check. Then you will receive an e-mail confirmation along with discounted hotel info.

We accept credit cards (AmEx, Visa and Mastercard) but we will defer posting the charge until about a month or two before the seminar.  Our concern is that COVID-19 may force us to cancel.  In that event, we would want to make a full refund. If we have to process and later refund credit cards, our bank processing costs are a big concern. (Posting and refunding costs us upward of 6%).

CE Credits:  14 hours.  Fifth Quarter Seminars is a California recognized dental CE provider and an approved AGD-PACE provider (so OK for all states and Canada). .
Hotel:  We have hotel blocks for the Ahwahnee and Lodge with discounted room rates, available after registration in seminar.  We will give you the needed Group discount code number in our confirmation mail. Rates are $300.'s to 400.'s at the Ahwahnee, mid to upper $100.'s at the Lodge.  There are also out of Park options, such as the Yosemite View Lodge in El Portal, just outside the Park Boundary. Their Riverview rooms are very nice (with small kitchen)  and recommended for families..
Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel, we require at least 14 days notice for a full refund (less any credit card bank fees if you registered using credit card) or if someone takes your place.
    Yosemite travel details
:
Yosemite weather is usually very mild at this time of year and Yosemite is not crowded.  You will have to pay a Park entrance fee (charged per car).  Travel time from Bay Area airports is about 4 hours. From Fresno airport, it's about 1.5 hours.

Fifth Quarter Seminars reserves the rights to limit enrollment and to cancel a course with no responsibility to those enrolled other than to fully refund course registration fees.

International Webinar, our first one!
NOW COMPLETED, please expect new announcement in 2021.

Round #1 was completed very successfully with world wide registrations from as far as Lebanon and Spain. If you missed it,  we arranged a combined ticket which allows you to watch the first webinar replay at your leisure. Viewing the first round makes the second round a better learning experience. Our "Round 2" was also very successful and if you missed it, again there is a combined ticket option. Now Round 3 is scheduled, as announced below.

When you click on either of the links below, you will have the option to purchase to view the previous two recorded rounds (I highly recommend for the best learning experience) or a regular ticket for the November 7 LIVE webinar for a very affordable US$63. We have been told that our tuition is "an unbeatable value". Yes, that is what we intended, recognizing our difficult economic times.

Stay Bonded,
Ray

Here is some more fantastic feedback from the first & second Controversial Clinical Concepts webinar presentations.

"Thank you for all the hard work you do to provide these programs for us who are followers of the men who are pioneers of innovation in our profession".
"I would like to share with you and them an observation I have made over the years practicing as they, and many others of us do. And that is: I do not go through nearly as many diamond and carbide enamel removing drills! That's an observable result of our conservative practices".
“It is truly amazing to have such a great, accredited educational experience available to all. In these economic times, the tuition charged, an unbeatable value, is much appreciated. Thank you to all”.
